Scott Ketover, MD
President and CEO
Dr. Ketover is Minnesota Gastroenterology’s President and CEO. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1998, has served as Chairman of the Board since 2007, and has held a number of other leadership positions within the organization.
Aaron Link, MD
Vice President, Operations
Dr. Link is the Vice President of Operations and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He currently chairs Minnesota Gastroenterology's Organizational Health Committee and the EXTREME Customer Service Committee.
Samuel Leon, MD
Treasurer
Dr. Leon is the Chair of the Finance Committee and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. He served as President and Chairman of the Board from 1999 to 2004. Dr. Leon is currently a member of the Colonoscopy Study Group, the Physician Recruiting Committee and the Esophageal Subspecialty Committee.
Marit Brock, SPHR, CMPE
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Brock has led the MNGI human resources (HR) department since 1999. The HR department is responsible for recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, workers' compensation, training and education, credentialing and peer review. Ms. Brock holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). She has participated in state and national human resources leadership activities.
Karen Lang, BA
Chief Information Officer
Ms. Lang leads the MNGI information services (IS) team, which includes network services, software integration and support services. The IS department provides support and maintenance services to seven locations with 450 users, 55 network servers, more than 600 devices and 30 applications. The department also provides electronic medical record and application development as well as financial and clinical data mining. Ms. Lang has more than 20 years of experience in the Minneapolis-St. Paul healthcare market, with 10 of which have been in information services. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse
Tracy Mills, BS, CHCO
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Mills is currently responsible for a team of nine directors, who supervise MNGI Clinical Service Lines, Laboratory Services, Corporate Compliance, Patient Care Delivery, Scheduling, Outreach Services, Hospital Services and Research. Since joining MNGI in 1998, she has been responsible for a departmental redesign prompted by the merger of three gastroenterology groups and for developing the infrastructure to support clinical quality initiatives and improved patient access. Ms. Mills has more than 20 years of management experience in a variety of health care settings, including hospital, outpatient clinic, long-term care and durable medical equipment. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is a 2009 graduate of the Minnesota Executive Leadership Program from the Carlson School of Management. Ms. Mills is a member of the Minnesota Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA) and is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Officer.
Dave Silvernale, BS, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Silvernale has been responsible for the finance, accounting and business office functions at MNGI since 1998. With 15 years of health finance experience, he is able to offer local and national perspectives on physician ownership structures, compensation formulas and financial reporting. Mr. Silvernale holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the Minnesota Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA).
