Take a look at what our employees have to say about MNGI!
“One of the greatest things about working at MNGI is that the company fosters personal growth. There are lots of opportunities; if you have the drive and initiative, many learning experiences exist. Also, despite being a fairly large organization, MNGI still somehow retains a “small business” feel in a lot of ways! Let’s be honest: being a “grown up” means spending a lot of time working. You might as well enjoy your co-workers while doing it, right?!” – Vanessa S., Results Coordinator
“I like working for MNGI. They take care of and invest in their employees as much as they do their patients. Not only do they offer competitive wages with amazing benefits, but they constantly encourage employees to grow. Management constantly challenges staff to excel and gives them the tools necessary to help them achieve their goals. Whether you are looking to get some medical experience prior to medical school or wanting to start a career in the healthcare field with plenty of opportunity for advancement, MNGI can help you get there.” – Tim B., Assistant Manager
“I have enjoyed working at MNGI for the past two and a half years. The reason why I continue to work here is because of the great atmosphere and the great staff. When I come to work, I know it’s going to be rewarding, because I learn new things everyday. As a scheduler, I learned many things that have helped me move up in the company. Now, I’m a results coordinator. Also, MNGI offers great opportunities to get involved. I am currently on our R& R committee, and it’s very rewarding to meet new people, organize fundraisers and be a part of helping others.” – Jessica G., Results Coordinator
“One of the best features of working with MNGI is the potential for advancement in your career. Knowing there is always the opportunity for growth keeps me motivated. In addition, the MNGI community is very supportive. I can't think of a better group of people to work with!” – Katie S., Admissions Specialist
“The camaraderie is fantastic; employee well-being is just as important as patient well-being. I’ve held three different positions over the years and have always felt that my opinion was listened to and counted. The most rewarding part of working at MNGI is when a patient gets better and calls just to say thanks. Compassionate care isn’t just a saying here, it’s a work ethic that exists throughout the whole company.” –Andrew N., Resource Utilization Analyst
